Asus Launches First ROG Labs Store in Bengaluru Featuring Gaming Zone and Support Services

Asus India opens its first ROG Labs store in Bengaluru, featuring a free-to-play gaming zone and dedicated support services for an enhanced gamer experience

Asus India has officially opened the first ROG Labs store in Bengaluru, Karnataka, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to enhancing the gaming experience in one of India’s most vibrant tech hubs. This innovative retail space combines product showcases, gaming experiences, and service support, all within a single location.

Situated on 27th Cross Road in Jayanagar, the ROG Labs store spans two floors. The ground floor is dedicated to an extensive range of ROG gaming products, featuring laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals. Customers can interact with the latest technology through interactive product displays and hands-on demo areas, showcasing Asus’s cutting-edge gaming hardware.

The first floor focuses on customer service, housing an ESD-compliant repair area and onsite service facilities. Certified engineers are available to assist customers, ensuring that any technical issues can be addressed promptly. This dual-functionality aims to enhance the overall customer journey, making it as seamless as possible from product selection to post-purchase support.

A standout feature of the ROG Labs store is the free-to-play gaming zone, dubbed the ROGVerse. Here, visitors can book online gaming slots to enjoy top-tier AAA games on the latest ROG hardware. This initiative not only aims to provide an engaging environment for gamers but also emphasizes Asus’s commitment to fostering a community around gaming.

Arnold Su, vice president of consumer and gaming PC at Asus India, stated, “With Bengaluru being one of India’s most vibrant gaming hubs, introducing the first ROG Labs here was a strategic step as well. This new format allows us to bring the entire gaming ecosystem, devices, gameplay, and service, under one umbrella. As we scale our footprint, our priority continues to be creating more meaningful touchpoints that add value across every stage of the customer journey.”

Asus has established itself as a leading name in the Indian market, specializing in PCs, monitors, graphics cards, routers, and more. Currently, the company operates over 320 exclusive brand stores across India, including 20 dedicated to ROG products. Additionally, Asus collaborates with more than 5,000 multi-brand retail partners in 624 districts across the country.

The opening of the ROG Labs store in Bengaluru is a part of Asus’s broader strategy to enhance its brand presence and engage with local gaming communities. By providing a physical space where gamers can experience products firsthand and receive support, Asus is positioning itself as a key player in the rapidly evolving gaming landscape in India.

As the gaming industry continues to expand, initiatives like the ROG Labs store underscore the importance of creating immersive environments that cater to the needs of gamers. This development not only enhances customer interaction but also solidifies Asus’s commitment to fostering innovation and community within the gaming sector.
