Xbox Game Pass Announces January 2026 Lineup: Resident Evil Village, Star Wars Outlaws, Atomfall

G2 Esports secures a stunning 3-1 victory over FaZe Clan to capture the $500K prize at the Valorant Champions 2023.

Microsoft has announced an exciting lineup of titles for its Xbox Game Pass Premium subscribers as it kicks off 2026. This month features the addition of popular games such as Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition and Rematch, enhancing the appeal of the Premium tier.

The new offerings begin with the release of the twin-stick shooter Brew and Bastards and the visually upgraded Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition, which boasts 4K graphics and improved frame rates. Both titles will be available immediately for Premium and Ultimate subscribers.

Starting January 7, the service will introduce a robust selection, including notable titles like Atomfall, Rematch, and Lost in Random: The Eternal Die. Among these, Atomfall stands out as a highlight, while Rematch promises to deliver an engaging multiplayer football experience from the creators of Sifu.

As the month progresses, more classic games are set to join the platform. The original Final Fantasy will be made available on January 8, followed by the much-anticipated Star Wars Outlaws on January 13 for Ultimate members. January 15 will see My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery added, and Resident Evil Village is scheduled for release on January 20, just ahead of the sequel Requiem, which is launching at the end of February.

The timing of Resident Evil Village‘s release seems particularly fortuitous, offering players a chance to revisit the acclaimed title before delving into its sequel. On the same day, fans of the platform can also look forward to acquiring MIO: Memories in Orbit for both Ultimate and PC Game Pass users.

This slate of new releases reflects Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to delivering a diverse gaming experience for its subscribers. With more than 200 games included in the Premium tier, players have the flexibility to explore a wide range of titles, including many Xbox-published games released within a year of their debut.

The fresh additions to Xbox Game Pass serve not only to expand the library available to players but also to enhance multiplayer capabilities, reaffirming the service’s appeal to a wide demographic of gamers. As the industry evolves, Microsoft’s strategy appears to focus on delivering timely and relevant content, ensuring that subscribers remain engaged and satisfied.

Looking ahead, the upcoming months are likely to see continued enhancements to the Game Pass lineup as Microsoft seeks to further solidify its position in the competitive gaming market. With a healthy mix of new releases and classic titles, the service aims to cater to a diverse audience, making it an attractive option for both casual gamers and hardcore enthusiasts.
